Meet Dr. Michael Weis

One of those people is Dr. Michael Weis, a dentist turned practice broker who brings a uniquely personal lens to every deal. Dentistry was always close to home for Dr. Weis. Growing up, he watched his father balance a successful dental career with family life, and it inspired him to pursue the same path. After graduating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2018, he spent several years as an associate before stepping into ownership himself.

In 2022, Dr. Weis launched Vibrant Dental, where he built a thriving practice rooted in culture, growth, and patient-first care. In just two and a half years, the practice grew exponentially. But along the way, he discovered something bigger than dentistry: a passion for leadership, mentorship, and helping others achieve their own goals. That realization led him to join Western Practice Sales, where he now channels his clinical and business experience into guiding dentists through the buying and selling process.
