Hailing
from the greater Chicago area, Dr. Tim Giroux established
his own dental practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, upon
graduation from Creighton University, School of Dentistry
in 1983. Relocating to Northern California upon selling
his highly successful practice after 15 years, Dr.
Giroux brings a unique perspective and personal experience
in dental associateships, practice start-up, sales,
and workback situations to serve and assist you during
your exciting transition! Establishing their new home
with their two children in Northern California, Dr.
Giroux and his wife, Mona Chang, enjoy golf, snow
skiing, water skiing, and ice hockey. |

One
of the original founders of Western Practice Sales,
Jon Noble received his M.B.A. from California State
University, Chico. He adds not only a wealth of knowledge
and professional expertise, but also more than 20
years of experience and involvement in over 300 transitions!
Jon, his wife, and two sons are avid Kings
and Giants fans and partake in the perennial
recreational activities of fishing, snow skiing, and
water skiing. Jon especially enjoys the opportunity
to facilitate the smooth and successful transition
of dental practices by consulting or brokering. |

Ed Cahill received both his accounting and law degrees from the University of San Francisco. His strong background in banking and accounting firms complements his prior experience as a mediator. After
graduating from Loma Linda University in 1984, Dr.
Mona Chang joined her husband's dental practice in
Scottsdale, Arizona. After 15 years, she and her husband,
Dr. Tim Giroux, sold their successful practice and
relocated to their new home in Northern California. Teaming
up with her husband again at Western Practice Sales,
Dr. Chang brings a refreshing perspective as a female
Asian dentist to serve and assist sellers and buyers
during their transition. She shares her family's passion
for a variety of sports, including ice hockey, water
skiing, snow skiing, and golf. |

S. Gartrell, D.D.S., C.B.A., A.S.A. |
|
|
As
one of the original founders of Western Practice Sales,
Dr. Bob Gartrell offers his services as an Independent
Consultant, a Certified Business Appraiser, and recently,
Accredited Senior Appraiser, a distinction held by
very few dentists nationwide! A graduate of the University
of the Pacific, School of Dentistry, Dr. Gartrell
also held the position of Assistant Dean at U.O.P.
during his academic career. His teaching responsibilities
focused on management and business issues. Additionally,
he offers his services as an independent consultant,
specializing in the valuation of business entities
and formation of partnerships. He has published many
journal articles on ethical management and business
issues in dentistry. Dr. Gartrell and his family also reside in Northern California,
where he enjoys fishing, cabinetry woodworking and
traveling, especially on exotic hunting expeditions. |

| Eric
Stavoe, D.D.S. |
|
|
Dr.
Eric Stavoe graduated from Marquette University, School
of Dentistry in 1984. Continuing education has always
been an important aspect of his professional career.
Studying with the Pankey and Pride Institutes has
enhanced his clinical and business savvy, giving him
a thorough and comprehensive understanding of practice
management and the business of dentistry. He has served
on numerous committees on the Arizona State Dental
Association and is an Investigative Interviewer with
the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. Upon relocating
to Arizona after practicing as an associate in Wisconsin,
he purchased the practice of a retiring dentist and
built it into a successful thriving practice. This
has given him first-hand experience on both sides
of practice purchases and transitions. He understands
that to maximize the success of any transition, the
needs of both the seller and the buyer must be achieved.
Since he is still a practicing dentist, he has daily
reminders of the demands of the profession. Dr. Stavoe,
a recreational tri-athlete, enjoys varied outdoor activities
such as white-water rafting, scuba diving, fishing
and houseboat vacations. |

Frank Farry received his M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. Frank brings extensive knowledge from his years of being an Information Technology Specialist, Consultant and Commercial Real Estate Broker. Residing in Southern California, Frank is our impressive local presence and our commitment to serve Sellers and Buyers in Southern California, with his experience associating with the largest volume brokerage firm in the country selling various businesses and recently, the transitioning of dental practices since 2003. |
